| Ingredients |
1/2 c. oatmeal 2 T. honey 1/4 t. plus 1/8 t. salt 3/4 c. flour 1/4 t. baking soda 1/4 c. butter 4 T. buttermilk |
| Directions |
Grind oatmeal in blender until fine. Add honey, salt, flour and baking soda. Mix well and add butter and buttermilk.
Roll very thin and cut with animal cookie cutters.
Bake at 400 degrees until brown (10 to 12 minutes).
